A classic breakfast ready to spread on toasts, on pancakes or, better yet, on freshly baked bread: ideal in the preparation of cakes and desserts or to accompany a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.

This jam has a distinct identity for the unique characteristics of the raw material used: a late ripening mandarin (also called marzaiolo) with a juicy and sweet pulp, a thin skin and strong aromatic notes.
The jam is obtained by an authentic craftsmanship, as from the most ancient recipes. The just cropped mandarins are transported to the laboratory, selected, and immediately processed to preserve the aroma. The fruits are washed, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces by hand. Then we proceed to simmering, after adding to the pulp a part of the finely chopped peel and a small amount of cane sugar.
