Sweet and sour flavor, is aided by the addition of candied chopped, is a delicacy to be enjoyed at any time of the day.

Oranges are carefully selected, washed, peeled by hand, pitted and cut into pieces. A part of the peel is shredded and combined with the pulp. It then proceeds to dehydration and simmer, after adding a small amount of brown sugar.
