The apricot jam Casa Barone is obtained from the best varieties grown in the Vesuvian Company: the Pellecchiella, the Prevete (apricot priest) and Taviello.
Harvesting the fruit to the right stage of ripeness (16/17 degrees brix) allows you to restrict the use of added sucrose, while the slow cooking allows you to keep the color and aroma of fresh fruit.
