The escaroles are an excellent product with an excellent taste, due to the use of quality ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil, Salina capers (Slow Food presidium) and Casertane black olives.

Ideal to be used as a side dish or as a filling for pizza (famous is the pizza with escaroles, typical of the Neapolitan tradition), combined with the tasty provola of Agerola.
