Tipycal product of Campania, the Neapolitan papaccelle pepper is a specific pepper round shape and a little curled, preserved in white wine vinegar.

Ingredients: "Neapolitan Papaccella" pepper, white wine vinegar, sea salt, water, citric acid (acidifier), ascorbic acid (antioxidant).

Storage: when open, keep in a cool place

Shelf life: 36 months from date of manufacture

The Neapolitan papaccella is a pepper, berries small, slightly crushed and costolute (that's why it's called curly), very meaty and tasty; ideal for preserving traditional pickled or in oil.

Ideal for many uses: from starter, to the boundary, the filling for sandwiches. With the Neapolitan papaccella peppers, it is prepared a salad, called "insalata di rinforzo", a typical Christmas dish from Campania.

Nutritional intake

Vegetable with good content of potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium and sodium. Fresh vegetables are rich in vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin I and vitamin K1. Among the carotenoids we find β-carotene, capsanthin, capsorubin, lutein and zeaxanthin.
