WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR "SENATORE CAPPELLI" - MOLINI PIZZUTI

This hard wheat is of the "aristato" type (that is, with aristides, the filaments present in the grasses), and is one of the oldest still authentic and original, that is, it has not been subjected to any modification by man to increase its yield.

This wheat is mainly cultivated in southern Italy and is named after Senator Cappelli, who became one of the pioneers of agrarian reform in the early 900.
