Masseria GiòSole makes agriculture in the Capua territory since several centuries. For over twenty years the company has been dedicated to the transformation of a portion of fruit and vegetables from its cultivation in preserves.

It is a craft production - made by small batches and by qualified operators of the farm in the laboratory - which is sold at hotels, specialty food stores, wine shops and wine bars.

For their quality and refinement, since their inception, canned Giòsole® met a critical acclaim of their sector.

The Golosario of wine journalist Paolo Massobrio reported them in multiple editions and in 2011 awarded the company the prize Pasta Trend / Golosario the category "sauces".

The Gambero Rosso, on the other hand, however, has on several occasions awarded the juices, fruit in syrup and tomato puree.

Making agriculture and protect the environment are the daily work of the great family of Masseria GiòSole, which continues throughout the year with a balanced alternation of crops.
Much of the farmland is planted with fruit trees, plants with peach and nectarine, apricot and pear, kiwi and citrus, olive and walnut, cherry and other fruit minors; smaller part is planted with vegetables of every season.


The articulated structure culture, with a succession of crops, allows you to always have fresh produce to offer guests or transform the company laboratory.
Particular attention is paid to the security of the entire supply chain, from production to collection and to the transformation, with the adoption of the Community Regulations that guide the fight against pests and fertilizers to ensure product quality.
The waters for irrigation are pumped from wells to a depth of about 40 meters, and distributed to the individual fields through underground pipelines of the length of approximately 5,000 meters: the distribution system varies depending on the crops, localized or in rain or for expansion through channels along the rows.
The estimated water requirements of individual fields is via satellite detection, according to a schedule drawn up by the Campania Region as part of the Water Directive n.60 / 2000 of the European Union, which adheres GiòSole.
The workings of the fields are ensured by a fleet consisting of n. 5 tractors and various equipment; the harvesting of fruit is facilitated by the use of hydraulic machines self-propelled and trolleys, arranged for the transfer of the bins.
Maintenance of lawns, extended on over 70,000 square meters, employs the technique "mulch", which plans to leave the cut plant material on the soil for protection and fertilizer, encouraging, as in nature in the woods, the possibility of life of countless human inhabitants of the land: for this purpose are used large mowers pulled by tractors, every day at work.
Modern agriculture and advanced, cares about the environment and its resources, pursued with constant attention to the innovative techniques: this is the role that the Masseria GiòSole was imposed at the rate of economic progress and the company's contribution to the welfare of the community.
